Martin Medal Nominations

The MATES in Construction Martin Medal is an annual award given to individuals, often young tradespeople, apprentices, or union delegates, who have demonstrated extraordinary efforts in supporting the mental health of their workmates and their local construction community.

Nomination Form

To be eligible, the nominee must be a construction worker (often under the age of 25) who has shown exemplary effort in supporting their workplace in mental health and wellbeing.

The recipient will be announced at the MATES Lunch event on Friday 07 August 2026.
