Bill is the NSW Operations Manager for the Plumbing Industry Climate Action Centre (PICAC), overseeing plumbing and fire protection apprenticeship training delivery at Glenwood, NSW. He brings a wealth of experience from a successful career as a senior union and business leader in the United States, where he served as the elected head of a 2,500-member plumbing construction union, managing pension and health plans totalling over US$1.2 billion.
Known for navigating complex labour environments and driving positive outcomes for both workers and employers, Bill has deep expertise in industrial relations, strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and workforce development. He has a strong track record of building organisations, lifting membership, and improving the lives of working and middle-class families.
Now based in Sydney, Bill is committed to contributing his skills and experience to initiatives that support mental health and wellbeing in the construction industry.
