Frank represents the Construction, Forestry and Maritime Employees Union (CFMEU) on the MATES in Construction National Board. Frank is a current Director of the Australian Construction Industry Redundancy Trust (Acirt). Frank has previously been a Director of CBUS, ISPT and Coinvest. Prior to 2018 Frank was the Assistant National Secretary of the CFMEU, Construction and General Division and before that was an Organiser and Vice President for the Victorian Branch of the CFMEU, Construction and General Division.
