Rachael Pearson is a professional rugby league player and captain of the Parramatta Eels in the NRL Women's Premiership. Hailing from Wagga Wagga, NSW, she brings leadership and resilience both on and off the field.

Beyond her sporting achievements, Rachael is a qualified mechanical engineer and was named the 2024 NSW Apprentice of the Year. Balancing elite sport with a trade career, she exemplifies dedication and versatility.
