Strebre Delovski is a respected leader with decades of experience across the construction and sporting sectors. Currently the Deputy Executive Director of the Master Builders Association of NSW, Strebre has driven organisational transformation, stakeholder engagement, and culture change at a state and national level. He brings extensive governance experience through directorships with Master Builders Insurance Brokers, Football NSW, and MATES in Construction.

A former FIFA referee and A-League Grand Final official, Strebre has also held senior roles in football administration, including National Director of Referees at Football Australia. He is committed to improving mental health outcomes in the construction industry and represents MATES in Construction NSW with integrity and purpose.
