Incolink

As the nation’s largest worker entitlement fund with over 55,000 active members, Incolink is proud to be working with MATES in Construction to make a real impact on the lives of construction workers.

Our members get the security of redundancy payments and income protection insurance. Through sound investment of their entitlements, we fund wellbeing programs like skin and health checks, and financial counselling. This contributes to a stronger industry and helps workers when they need us most.

In our industry, safety means knowing when you need more than one person to do a job. The same applies to taking care of ourselves and managing our mental health.

Incolink is partnering with MATES in Construction to help provide critical incident response, suicide prevention and mental health education through on-site toolbox talks, suicide prevention general awareness training and training for Incolink members to become MATES Connectors, trusted peer supporters.

For Incolink, it makes sense to combine our leadership in this field with MATES’ experience and proven track record in supporting the construction sector.
